Alex Morgan Announces Third Pregnancy with Husband Servando Carrasco

The soccer legend is expecting again. Alex Morgan shared the news of her third pregnancy on Mother's Day, taking to Instagram to reveal that she and her husband Servando Carrasco are welcoming a new addition to their family this fall.

The 36-year-old former professional athlete marked the occasion with a heartfelt video. In it, she strolls along the beach with Carrasco, 37, and their two existing children—daughter Charlie, 6, and son Enzo, 1. As Morgan lifts her shirt to showcase her developing baby bump, Charlie plants a kiss on her belly. Carrasco follows with a kiss for his wife before the family comes together in an embrace, gazing toward the horizon.

"Mother's Day feeling extra special this year. Excited to welcome baby #3 this Fall," Morgan wrote alongside the post.

Morgan made headlines in September 2024 when she announced her retirement from professional soccer, an announcement that coincided with the revelation of her second pregnancy. She later described the pregnancy as unexpected, explaining that it came sooner than the family had planned. Speaking with People magazine at the time, she reflected on the turn of events: "We're just really looking forward to expanding our family. We've wanted to do this for a while, but we obviously wanted to find the right time. It came a few months earlier than anticipated, as the pregnancy was a little unexpected, but looking back I'm really grateful for how everything worked out."

The couple's journey together began in college. They exchanged vows on New Year's Eve in 2014. Carrasco, also a former soccer player, retired from competitive play in 2020.
