BLACKPINK Makes History at Met Gala With All Four Members in Attendance

In a milestone moment for the global music group, all four members of BLACKPINK graced the red carpet of the 2026 Met Gala together for the very first time. Jisoo, Rosé, Lisa, and Jennie each made their individual arrivals before coming together for photos inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday, May 4.
The occasion marked a significant one for the group—Jisoo attended the prestigious event for the first time, while her bandmates have each made multiple appearances at the annual fashion spectacle over the years.
Held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the 2026 Met Gala served as the premiere event celebrating the institution's Costume Art exhibition. The showcase examines the "centrality of the dressed body" through various depictions and interpretations of the human form drawn from the museum's vast collection.
This year's theme, "Fashion is Art," guided the evening's dress code. The co-chairs steering the gala included music icon Beyoncé, acclaimed actress Nicole Kidman, tennis legend Venus Williams, and Anna Wintour, former editor-in-chief of Vogue.
The quartet arrived in haute couture, with Rosé wearing Saint Laurent, Jisoo in Dior, Jennie in Chanel, and Lisa in Robert Wun. The Met Gala continues to draw hundreds of A-list celebrities for what remains fashion's biggest night of the year.
