Amanda Bynes Switches Back to Blonde Hair Just Days After Going Dark
Amanda Bynes is sporting fresh blonde hair again. The 40-year-old was photographed leaving a smoke shop in Hollywood on Friday, April 24, showing off a return to her bleached blonde locks—a striking shift from the darker shade she debuted just days prior.
For the outing, Bynes kept things casual in an oversized dark sweater paired with shorts and white sneakers. She maintained her dark blue eyebrows from her recent darker look and wore her long hair down. She completed the ensemble with long acrylic nails and let her leg tattoos peek through.
The quick hair transformation comes as the former actress continues to make moves in entertainment. Earlier this week, her co-star from "What I Like About You," Jennie Garth, reflected on their time working together on the sitcom. Garth shared that the experience was transformative for her own perspective on parenting.
"Working with Amanda was eye-opening for me because I didn't know what it was like as the older person to play in the scenes with a younger person, or just to be around that kind of teenage energy," Garth explained, noting that Bynes "had so much overflowing teenage energy."
In early April, Bynes released her first new song in four years. Titled "Girlfriend," the track came after she signed a record deal and features collaborations with Zabba and Fenix Flexin.
