American Idol Season 24: Meet the Five Finalists for the Penultimate Episode

With the season 24 finale just around the corner, five singers remain in the competition heading into Monday's penultimate episode.

This week's show will celebrate the legacy of American Idol's fifth season through its "Class of 2006: Reunion" episode, with the Top 5 performers tackling songs from the 2000s.

Paula Abdul will serve as a guest judge for the May 4 episode, while Randy Jackson takes on mentoring duties. The episode will also welcome back five alumni from season five: Kellie Pickler, Elliot Yamin, Paris Bennett, Bucky Covington, and winner Taylor Hicks.

Following the performances and viewer voting, the Top 3 finalists will be announced, setting the stage for next week's live finale where those three contestants will compete for the title.
