American Idol Season 24 Finale: Top 3 Contenders Battle for the Crown

The American Idol Season 24 finale is nearly upon us, and early indicators suggest one contestant has emerged as the favorite to take home the season's crown.

Just three singers remain in the running on ABC's long-running competition series. Ryan Seacrest continues his hosting duties, while the judging panel features Carrie Underwood, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan.

For this final showdown, the remaining trio will get one last opportunity to showcase their talents before America casts their votes. Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys will step in as the evening's mentor, guiding the finalists through their performances. Keys will also take the stage herself during the three-hour broadcast.

The finale airs at 8/7c on ABC, with predictions circulating about which of the three will ultimately be crowned the new American Idol.
