Anne Hathaway Debuts Two Crimson Ensembles During The Odyssey Press Tour

Anne Hathaway has begun her press circuit for the forthcoming Christopher Nolan film The Odyssey, making a striking appearance in New York City on Tuesday, June 30th.

The 43-year-old expectant mother turned heads in not one but two scarlet-hued outfits while launching promotional duties for the highly anticipated project. Her first ensemble featured an Ashlyn SS26 design paired with crimson Aquazzura footwear, Bvlgari accessories, and Krewe eyewear—all chosen to complement her visible pregnancy.

The second red look of the day also showcased an Ashlyn piece, maintaining the unified color palette throughout her public appearances.

In the film, Hathaway portrays Penelope, the spouse of Odysseus—played by Matt Damon—and mother to Telemachus, portrayed by Tom Holland. The "mythic action epic" adapts Homer's classical Greek tale, chronicling Odysseus's quest to reach home following the Trojan War. The production boasts an impressive roster featuring Zendaya, Jon Bernthal, Charlize Theron, Lupita Nyong'o, Robert Pattinson, and additional talent.

The Odyssey arrives in cinemas on July 17th.

A day prior to her press appearances, Hathaway was photographed holding her baby bump while clutching a book from Sarah J. Maas's Crescent City series.

The timing of her red wardrobe carried additional significance: 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of The Devil Wears Prada, which originally premiered on June 30, 2006. The sequel, The Devil Wears Prada 2, became available on digital platforms on June 30th, with 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray editions arriving July 28th and a Disney+ debut scheduled for July 29th.

This year has proven particularly prolific for Hathaway's filmography. Beyond The Odyssey, three additional projects are set for release in 2026. Earlier releases included Mother Mary and The Devil Wears Prada 2, while upcoming titles comprise The End of Oak Street (August 14th) and Verity (October 2nd), bringing her total to five theatrical releases for the year.
