Ant Anstead and Renée Zellweger Mark Five Years Together

Ant Anstead is marking a major milestone with Renée Zellweger. The 47-year-old television personality and mechanic posted to Instagram on Friday, April 24, to commemorate five years with the 56-year-old Academy Award-winning actress.

Anstead shared an uncommon photograph of the pair together on the set of Celebrity IOU: Joyride back in 2021, the year they first connected. "Happy FIVE YEAR anniversary my beautiful lady!" he wrote in the caption. "Hands down The best human I know! Luckiest boy! I love you my Ren ??? x"

The couple's relationship began when Zellweger made a guest appearance during the debut episode of the reality series' first season. Over the past five years, they have largely maintained their privacy, offering only occasional public remarks about one another.

During a September 2025 interview, Anstead discussed how Zellweger has influenced his work on his show Born Mechanic. "She's been a big influence on that; she's very, very good at designing. So, I'm obviously going to take advice from the person who's way better at houses than I am," he said. "I am constantly being advised, because she's the greatest human I've ever met."

Anstead has also recently addressed what he characterized as a "disrespectful" rumor regarding his relationship with Zellweger.
