Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval Sell Valley Village Home Three Years After Breakup

The chapter has finally closed on Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval's shared Los Angeles property. The pair completed the sale of their Valley Village farmhouse on Friday, May 9, with the home fetching $3.1 million from its new owners.
The transaction marks the end of a prolonged process for the former couple, who purchased the property together in 2019 for $2 million. Their nine-year relationship ended in March 2023 following Sandoval's affair with their mutual friend and Vanderpump Rules castmate Rachel "Raquel" Leviss.
Following the breakup, both Madix and Sandoval initially remained in the residence, occupying separate rooms. Madix eventually vacated the home in May 2023. The situation prompted legal action when Madix, now 40, filed suit against Sandoval, 43, in January 2024 seeking a court-ordered partition sale that would have forced the property onto the market and required them to split the proceeds. Sandoval resisted the action through his legal team, preferring to keep the residence.
Madix's persistence ultimately prevailed, and the home has now been successfully sold. The resolution comes as other Vanderpump Rules-related business developments continue, including Lisa Vanderpump's March announcement that she is putting the West Hollywood bar TomTom on the market. Vanderpump established the venue in 2018 alongside Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, who held minority stakes in the establishment.
