Bradley Cooper Arrives at Met Gala 2026 Following Gigi Hadid's Candid Remarks About Their Relationship

Bradley Cooper turned heads with a surprise appearance at the Met Gala this week.
The 51-year-old actor graced the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Monday evening gala on May 4, which celebrated "Costume Art," in New York City. Dressed sharply in a black suit and crisp white shirt, Cooper's arrival generated buzz among attendees.
The timing of his appearance proved particularly noteworthy, as it followed an intimate moment his partner Gigi Hadid shared just hours earlier. During Vogue's livestream coverage of the red carpet, the 31-year-old supermodel engaged in conversation with Cara Delevingne and Ashley Graham, where she unexpectedly opened up about Cooper.
While discussing her approach to maintaining focus during photo opportunities, Hadid explained her technique for connecting with the camera. "I try to bring my mind to a happy place. What we do in our job is go to a happy place, think of happy thoughts and the smile comes through the eyes and it makes you come to life," she shared.
Hadid revealed that her personal happy place centers on two things: her daughter Khai and her relationship. "When I think about Khai, maybe I'm giving joy. And then I'll serve something else to Bradley for the camera," she said, referencing the American Sniper star by name.
Delevingne responded to the sentiment by calling Cooper "a lucky man."
For the evening's festivities, Hadid turned heads in a striking custom Miu Miu creation featuring sheer fabric and intricate leaf embellishments.
