Bryan Johnson, the longevity researcher and founder of the Blueprint protocol who starred in Netflix's "Don't Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever," has become the center of social media conversation following a series of remarkably forthright posts.

The biohacker took to X to share intimate details about his relationship with Kate Tolo, his co-founder, announcing that he had performed oral sex on her. The post drew over 5 million views, prompting widespread reaction across platforms as users responded to the unusually explicit disclosure.

Johnson followed up by publishing what he described as Tolo's vaginal microbiome report, highlighting findings about her bacterial composition. According to his post, Tolo's microbiome is dominated by Lactobacillus crispatus, which Johnson characterized as the most protective bacterial species a vagina can host.

He further noted that Tolo ranks in the top 1 percent globally in this category. Johnson explained that approximately 25 to 30 percent of women of reproductive age worldwide have a L. crispatus-dominant microbiome, with "dominant" typically referring to levels above 50 percent. Tolo's levels measured at 98.7 percent.

The posts generated considerable attention and surprise across social media platforms, with many users sharing their reactions to the candid sharing.

Tolo herself addressed the posts, acknowledging that while the content might appear unconventional, she believes oral sex deserves more open discussion. She outlined various health considerations related to the topic, including disease transmission and cancer risks.
