Bunnie Xo Details Divorce Settlement with Jelly Roll, Including Dream House Compound

Bunnie Xo has gone public with specifics surrounding her divorce from Jelly Roll, just days after news broke of their split following a decade of marriage.

The 46-year-old podcast host addressed the separation during the Thursday episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, walking listeners through the settlement terms she negotiated with the 41-year-old country music artist. Jelly Roll filed for divorce last month, citing "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for the dissolution.

What stood out to Bunnie was how swiftly the two reached an agreement. "We were able to settle the terms of our divorce in just a few short weeks, which she says shocked their lawyers," she noted during the show. She joked about the outcome, saying, "Well you didn't take care of me in the marriage, but you're taking care of me in the divorce."

The centerpiece of the settlement is the compound the pair had been developing over the past year. Bunnie explained that she and Jelly Roll purchased the property and have been constructing their dream residence on it. "J is so f–king sweet that he's giving me that compound in the divorce because he knows how special it is to me," she shared.

The estate currently houses three structures, and Bunnie has plans for the additional space. She intends to gift one house to her manager, while another will be built for her close friend and makeup artist Hailee Clark. The compound will also serve as home to the couple's extensive collection of animals from their Tennessee homestead and animal sanctuary.

"We're all just moving in together on this compound," Bunnie said, expressing optimism about the arrangement and noting she feels "so powerful and so inspired to just live life."

In a surprising turn, Bunnie also revealed during the podcast that she and Jelly Roll still intend to have a baby "together" despite the divorce.
