Carrie Underwood Addresses Feud Speculation With Nikki Glaser Following Joint American Idol Episode

Carrie Underwood has dismissed reports of tension between herself and Nikki Glaser after the two appeared together on American Idol.

Glaser served as a guest judge during the show's Taylor Swift-themed episode, bringing her expertise as one of Swift's most devoted fans. The comedian and podcast host was tapped for the role specifically for her deep knowledge of the pop icon's catalog.

During an interview on Cody Alan's SiriusXM radio program, Underwood was asked directly about the alleged friction between the two women. The country music star downplayed the speculation, noting that such rumors have become routine for her.

"I'm very used to that," Underwood explained. "I feel like if you have two ladies in the same room together, someone is going to try to make something out of it."

Underwood went on to praise Glaser's performance as a guest judge, acknowledging the challenge of the role. "She was wonderful. I think she did such a great job 'cause it's not an easy thing to come sit behind that desk and try to think of constructive things to say. I feel like she did everything wonderfully."

She firmly put any feud talk to rest, stating: "But no, there's no beef. I have no beef."
