Channing Tatum and Mario Lopez Spotted Filming Action-Packed Scenes for 'The Studio' Season 2
Channing Tatum and Mario Lopez have joined the growing roster of A-list talent bringing their talents to the second season of Apple TV's hit comedy series.
The pair were captured on the Los Angeles set on Sunday, April 20, working through scenes for the Emmy-winning show. The 45-year-old Magic Mike star and the 52-year-old television personality appeared together between takes and were also photographed during one particularly intense sequence that saw Tatum emerging from an LAFD ambulance with visible injuries while Lopez stood nearby.
The Studio chronicles the trials and tribulations of a storied Hollywood production company navigating the modern entertainment landscape, where the tension between artistic vision and commercial viability continues to mount. The series made history during this year's Emmy Awards, capturing the most wins ever awarded to a comedy series in a single season.
The second season's lineup continues to expand with major star power. Madonna, the iconic pop legend, recently wrapped scenes in Venice, Italy, filming alongside Julia Garner and Michael Keaton. The appearance marks the "Into the Groove" superstar's first substantial television role in more than two decades, with her last major TV appearance coming in 2003 on Will & Grace.
Fellow acclaimed performers Bryan Cranston and Ike Barinholtz have also been spotted on set as production moves forward on the new season.
