Chelsea Handler Criticizes Spencer Pratt's Mayoral Campaign for Los Angeles

Chelsea Handler is making her stance crystal clear regarding Spencer Pratt's mayoral aspirations in Los Angeles.
The 51-year-old comedian posted a video to TikTok on Friday, May 15, directing her followers to reconsider supporting the 42-year-old reality television personality's campaign for the city's top office.
"Oh, hi, if you're seeing this video, this is a reminder that a straight, white male [who is a] former reality star that has no previous experience in government should not be a legitimate political candidate," Handler said in the clip. "Have we learned anything yet?"
The video featured multiple images of Pratt alongside a photograph of President Donald Trump, whom Handler has been notably vocal in opposing.
"The bar is on the f–king floor, people," she continued. "I need you to jump over it. OK thank you, have a nice day!"
Pratt didn't let the criticism pass without response. Hours later, he posted a video on X featuring a segment from Netflix's Kevin Hart roast, in which comedian Shane Gillies referenced Handler's attendance at a 2010 dinner event connected to Jeffrey Epstein.
"Most of you have probably never heard of Chelsea Handler, so here's an introduction!" Pratt wrote alongside the post.
Despite Handler's public opposition, Pratt has garnered backing from various celebrities who have voiced their support for his mayoral run.
