The cast of the highly anticipated thriller "Strung" took center stage at the 2026 American Black Film Festival opening night on Wednesday, May 27, with a special screening at Miami's New World Center.

Chloe Bailey, Lucien Laviscount, and Coco Jones arrived in style for the premiere of their upcoming film, which will stream on Peacock beginning June 26. Bailey turned heads in an Avara Figlio gown paired with an Anabela Chan necklace and CRISTAHLEA earrings. Jones opted for a striking Geyanna Youness dress for her red-carpet appearance.

"Strung" follows a gifted violinist, played by Bailey, who accepts a position tutoring the talented daughter of a powerful and mysterious family. As she navigates their luxurious lifestyle, disturbing revelations emerge that test her sense of security, her professional aspirations, and her grasp on reality.

The premiere brought together an ensemble of talent, with Lynn Whitfield, Romy Woods, and Donna Biscoe also in attendance. Director Malcolm D Lee was on hand for the occasion.

The film's release marks a significant moment for the cast, particularly as Laviscount has been juggling other commitments—he was recently spotted in Mykonos, Greece, where he's been filming the sixth and final season of "Emily in Paris."
