Christina Ricci Condemns Jimmy Fallon's Decision to Host Conor McGregor on 'The Tonight Show'

Christina Ricci has made clear she won't be booking a spot on The Tonight Show in the near future, taking aim at host Jimmy Fallon for featuring Conor McGregor on the NBC program.

Fallon, 51, welcomed the 37-year-old mixed martial artist to promote his UFC 329 comeback last week. The episode sparked immediate backlash on social media, with viewers criticizing the late-night host for platforming McGregor following his 2024 civil judgment.

McGregor was found criminally liable for sexual assault after a trial in Dublin. The plaintiff, former hairstylist Nikita Hand, was awarded $260,000 in damages following eight days of testimony. McGregor subsequently appealed the judgment but was unsuccessful.

The 46-year-old actress joined the chorus of critics, resharing a message on her Instagram Story from entrepreneur Adam McCrae that detailed allegations surrounding the case. "Why the absolute f–k is this piece of human garbage being given a platform on Jimmy Fallon's show? Shame on you, Jimmy," Ricci's reposted message stated. "We need to stop pretending like rape is OK. Men. What the f–k are we doing here?"

Ricci, an Emmy-nominated performer, has emerged as one of the most prominent voices condemning the booking decision. To date, Fallon has not publicly responded to the mounting criticism surrounding McGregor's appearance.
