Jeremy Clarkson Reveals Aggressive Prostate Cancer Diagnosis on Clarkson's Farm

Jeremy Clarkson opened up about a significant health challenge in a new episode of Clarkson's Farm that aired Wednesday, June 17. The 66-year-old television personality sat alongside co-stars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland to share the news of his cancer diagnosis.

During the episode, Clarkson explained that he had undergone a biopsy and received a diagnosis of aggressive cancer caught at an early stage. He revealed that he has known about the condition since May.

"I promise I'll be fine," he told his co-stars during the conversation.

Clarkson later specified that he was dealing with prostate cancer, noting that 10% of his prostate was affected by the disease. The episode was filmed sometime between 2024 and 2025 on the Prime Video series.

Prior to the episode's release, Clarkson took to Instagram to prepare viewers for the tone shift in the upcoming installment. "Sombre news – Clarkson's Farm, ordinarily we try to keep the show bucolic and charming, and cheerful, but two episodes which drop in the middle of the night tonight are, they're none of those things, really," he posted.

The new episodes represent a departure from the show's typically lighter subject matter, offering an intimate look at Clarkson navigating a personal health matter.
