Connor Storrie in Talks to Star in A24's 'Please' Alongside Gracie Abrams and Tom Burke

Connor Storrie is being considered for a leading role in an upcoming A24 film.
The 26-year-old actor, who gained recognition through his breakout performance in Heated Rivalry, is reportedly negotiating to appear in Please, an A24 project directed by Halina Reijn. The film will also feature Gracie Abrams and Tom Burke in the cast.
Reijn, celebrated for her work on Babygirl and Bodies Bodies Bodies, will both direct and write the script for Please. The project is being produced by A24 and Reijn's production company Man Up, with Zach Nutman serving as executive producer. Details about the film's premise and Storrie's specific character remain under wraps.
This marks Storrie's second venture with A24. He was previously cast in Peaked, a project from directors Molly Gordon and Allie Levitan. Gordon recently spoke enthusiastically about working with the actor on that film, which wrapped a week prior to her comments.
"Connor is a f—king genius and I'm so lucky that he's in the movie," Gordon said. "The whole cast was amazing. I just feel lucky they want to be a part of the film. I'm just doing what I can for the [LGBTQ+] community! My favorite community likes me! They will drag you or they will lift you up."
Beyond these projects, Storrie has multiple commitments in development. He will appear in the second season of Heated Rivalry, take on a guest role in For All Mankind season 5, and join Criminal Minds for its 19th season. The actor is also being considered for a role in Turpentine, a thriller directed by Craig Zobel that will co-star Melissa McCarthy.
Earlier this month, Storrie made his Met Gala debut, attending the prestigious event with his Heated Rivalry co-star Hudson Williams. The two were photographed together backstage at the gala.
