The 2026 Cannes Film Festival brought together an impressive array of entertainment industry figures on Monday, May 18, for the premiere of 'Fjord' at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

The drama, which stars Sebastian Stan and Renate Reinsve, follows a devout Romanian Norwegian couple, the Gheorghius family, as they settle into a remote village nestled in a fjord. The story centers on their relationship with neighboring residents, the Halbergs, as their children form bonds despite their contrasting upbringings. Tension emerges when a school-aged member of the Gheorghiu family, Elia, arrives at school bearing bruises, prompting the tight-knit community to question whether the family's traditional parenting methods may be connected to the injuries.

Among those gracing the red carpet were Daisy Edgar-Jones, who turned heads in a Balenciaga creation paired with Aquazzura footwear, and Demi Moore, elegantly dressed in Gucci with complementary Chopard jewelry and sunglasses.

Sharon Stone made a striking appearance in a Miss Sohee gown, while Heidi Klum arrived in a Monique Lhuillier dress alongside her son, Henry Samuel. Model and dancer Coco Rocha showcased a Gaurav Gupta design, and Stellan Skarsgard brought distinguished presence to the event.

The guest list extended to include Georgina Rodriguez, Jordan Firstman, Carla Bruni in Tom Ford, Olivia Palermo and Johannes Huebl (Palermo in Monique Lhuillier), Shanina Shaik in Zuhair Murad, Sofia Carson, and Taylor Hill.
