Victoria, 50, the retired professional softball player, and David, 52, the designer, had clearly planned their looks in advance. "I learned a long time ago to really not listen to the noise, not focus on the noise," Victoria shared, explaining her strategy for managing the attention. "Someone's always going to have something to say. I just don't pay attention to it if that makes any sense."

She continued: "Someone else will deal with it. I don't want to know. That's how I handle it, I suppose."

Noting that this scrutiny has been a constant in her life for decades, Victoria said, "This has been happening since I was 20. So it's been going on for a long time."

When discussing her marriage, Victoria spoke warmly about her relationship with David. "I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously," she said. "We're always there for each other."
