PK Kemsley Alleges Dorit Spent Nearly $1 Million on Designer Goods Amid Mortgage Crisis

Paul "PK" Kemsley has filed court documents containing fresh allegations against his estranged wife Dorit Kemsley, claiming she devoted nearly $1 million to high-end fashion purchases while their family grappled with mortgage troubles.
The 58-year-old businessman asserts in the filing that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 49, allocated roughly 80% of her available funds toward personal expenditures centered on clothing and travel, exceeding $1 million in total.
According to court documents reviewed by People, PK details that between December 28, 2024 and March 31, Dorit spent $995,270 specifically on wardrobe-related purchases. The breakdown includes approximately $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, another $69,000 at Chanel, $38,000 at Hermes, and $22,000 at Saint Honore between October 30, 2025 and January 6.
A legal examination of Dorit's Bravo contract determined that these substantial fashion expenditures qualified as personal expenses, as they were not mandated for her television role, the filing indicates.
The spending allegations surfaced as the former couple confronted the specter of foreclosure on their home, with an outstanding mortgage debt of $6 million. PK claims he urged Dorit to collaborate with lenders and real estate professionals toward selling the property, which they acquired in 2019. He maintains she resisted the sale.
PK further states he offered to allow Dorit and their two children—son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10—to relocate temporarily to his residence while he managed the home sale process.
Text messages included in the court filing show Dorit requesting that PK settle the debt and rescue the home from foreclosure to shield the children from "unnecessary damage."
The couple ended their 10-year marriage when Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025 following the emergence of photographs showing PK with another woman. Dorit has since provided updates on her dating prospects in the aftermath of the separation.
