Druski Takes the Stage as Host for 2026 BET Awards

Druski is stepping into the spotlight as host of the 2026 BET Awards.

The 31-year-old comedian and content creator—known by his real name Drew Desbordes—made his entrance at the ceremony on Sunday, June 28, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Making a statement in style, he wore a striking maroon suit featuring shimmering rhinestone embellishments across the shoulders of his blazer.

This marks the first time Druski will be taking on hosting duties for the awards show.

The 2026 BET Awards celebrate "multifaceted creative expression and Black excellence across music, television, film, and sports."

The ceremony airs live on BET starting at 8pm ET, with simultaneous broadcasts on BET HER, CMT, LOGO, MTV, MTV2, Nickelodeon (NAN), Paramount, POP, VH1, Comedy Central, and TV Land.
