Dylan O'Brien was all smiles at a star-studded evening in New York, turning out to celebrate his close friend Sarah Ramos and her husband, director Matt Spicer.

The 34-year-old actor made an appearance at the premiere of Netflix's new comedy "Little Brother" on Thursday, June 18, at the Paris Theater in Manhattan. O'Brien kept things casual in a bright yellow top as he mingled with Ramos throughout the night, including a stop at the after-party where they joined the DJ booth alongside Bravo's "Summer House" personalities Kyle Cooke, Bailey Taylor, and Levi Sebree.

"Little Brother" marks Spicer's second directorial feature. The Netflix comedy follows a prominent real estate agent, played by John Cena, whose meticulously ordered life gets disrupted when his eccentric younger brother, portrayed by Eric Andre, suddenly resurfaces. The film drops on the streaming platform June 26.

Spicer's first feature came in 2017 with "Ingrid Goes West." Beyond film, he has directed television, including episodes for "On Becoming a God in Central Florida," "Angelyne," "Dollface," and "American Horror Stories."

Ramos and O'Brien's friendship spans years. During the pandemic lockdown, Ramos went viral recreating iconic movie sequences alongside various actors, with O'Brien participating in recreations from "The Social Network" and "Election." The pair have made numerous red carpet appearances together throughout their time as friends.

The timing of the premiere comes as Ramos is expecting her first child with Spicer. She announced the pregnancy a month ago via Instagram, sharing photos from her baby shower alongside images of adoptable puppies. A cake reading "Baby Spice" was featured in the post. Ramos and Spicer have been married since 2020.
