Footage Emerges of Dylan Sprouse Holding Gun During Home Trespasser Incident

Video footage from a home intrusion at Dylan Sprouse's Hollywood Hills property has come to light, capturing the actor seemingly armed during the confrontation.

The 33-year-old actor and his wife Barbara Palvin encountered an uninvited visitor at their residence on April 17. When the person arrived on their property, Dylan confronted the individual while Barbara contacted authorities to report an attempted burglary.

The newly released footage, which surfaced on Thursday, April 23, shows Dylan appearing to speak with a man dressed in a black hoodie outside his home. In the video, the actor appears to be holding what looks like a silver firearm in his right hand. A second individual, also wearing a black hoodie and gray sweatpants, can be seen entering the frame during the exchange.

According to a source cited in the footage's release, those present did not witness Dylan discharge the weapon. The source reported being "awoken by three loud bangs before observing Dylan physically pushing the perp outside his gated yard."

The suspect was taken into custody for outstanding warrants. Law enforcement determined the situation was "more like trespassing than a full-blown attempted burglary," though Dylan and Barbara opted not to have the alleged intruder charged with trespassing.

This was not an isolated incident for the couple, as their home had previously been targeted by attempted break-ins. Dylan and Barbara have been a couple since 2018 and married in 2023.

Days after the incident, the pair made a public appearance at the Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere, where they indicated they were "dealing with the trauma with jokes."
