Elizabeth Gillies has made her interest crystal clear: she wants to be considered for the role of Winifred Sanderson should a Hocus Pocus musical ever make its way to Broadway.

The actress, known for her roles in Victorious, Dynasty, and The Hunting Party, opened up about her dream casting during an appearance on "The Art of Kindness with Robert Peterpaul" podcast, which marked the show's 200th episode milestone. When host Robert Peterpaul suggested she'd be perfect for the part—the character famously portrayed by Bette Midler in the films—Gillies didn't hold back.

"Please! PLEASE. Oh, I'd be on the floor begging to be considered for that. I love that so much," she enthusiastically replied.

The conversation took a playful turn when Gillies elaborated on her suitability for the role. "I think I am a witch and I don't mean that I'm like I think I'm a witch like when girls try to be hot when they're like in their teens…Unfortunately I think I'm a witch and I live with the burden of that," she explained with characteristic humor.

Beyond her Broadway aspirations, Gillies is actively performing these days. The accomplished singer and performer took the stage on May 18 at the Laurie Beechman Theater in New York City for a concert celebrating 90s hits. Her setlist featured material from iconic artists of the era, including The Cranberries, Fiona Apple, Alanis, No Doubt, Sheryl Crow, and Macy Gray.
