Elliot Page and Julia Shiplett Make Red Carpet Appearance at 'The Odyssey' London Premiere

Elliot Page brought his girlfriend Julia Shiplett along for a romantic evening at the London premiere of Christopher Nolan's highly anticipated film The Odyssey.
The pair attended the world premiere event on Monday, July 6, at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in England. While Page walked the red carpet independently, he and Shiplett connected for photos inside the venue, with the latter sharing the snapshots on her Instagram feed.
In her caption, Shiplett playfully wrote, "saw this charming little indie called the odyssey (maybe based off a book?? not sure) really loved it, you guys should try to find it if you can." The tongue-in-cheek comment poked fun at the film's massive scale—The Odyssey is positioned as one of the summer's biggest blockbuster releases.
For the evening, Shiplett wore a Khaite outfit and accessorized with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
The Odyssey represents Nolan's ambitious adaptation of Homer's ancient epic, filmed using groundbreaking IMAX technology never before applied to the classic work. The mythic action film was shot on location across multiple continents and marks the first time Homer's saga has been brought to IMAX screens.
The narrative follows Odysseus, played by Matt Damon, as the king of Ithaca undertakes his ten-year journey homeward following the fall of Troy. Homer's original text dates back to approximately the 8th or 7th century BC.
