Ashley St. Clair Claps Back at Elon Musk's Camp Over "Laser" Election Claims

A recent TikTok video from Ashley St. Clair has reignited speculation about Elon Musk's involvement in the 2024 presidential race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
The 26-year-old, who shares a child with Musk and has built a following as a former MAGA influencer, posted footage claiming the tech entrepreneur mentioned having "10,000 lasers in space" to create some kind of "anomaly in the matrix." The cryptic reference sent social media into overdrive with theories about what it could mean.
In the video, St. Clair elaborated on her alleged conversation with Musk. "He says this is not a piece they'll see on the chess board. I straight up tell him, 'I would ask more but I really don't want to be deposed,' to which he says 'very wise.'"
When asked about St. Clair's claims, a source close to Musk pushed back hard. Speaking to TMZ, the insider characterized the entire account as fabricated. "This is total nonsense. The laser sky thing is just a three-dimensional chess metaphor, which she just doesn't understand," the source said.
St. Clair wasted little time responding to the dismissal. She posted a TikTok featuring a lip-sync to Doja Cat's track "Who Are U," captioning it: "don't worry guys it's a super big brain chess metaphor we dont get. vid tomorrow."
The exchange marks the latest development in the ongoing public back-and-forth between St. Clair and Musk's representatives, following a 2025 report that revealed alleged text messages between the two.
