Fast & Furious Cast Reunites at Cannes for Franchise's 25th Anniversary

The Fast and the Furious got a star-studded homecoming at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
On Wednesday, May 13, during the 2026 Cannes Film Festival in France, the 2001 film's original leads Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster assembled for a photo call marking the franchise's 25th anniversary. The occasion held special significance with the inclusion of Meadow Walker, daughter of late co-star Paul Walker.
Producer Neal H. Moritz rounded out the group at the event. Walker, who was instrumental to the franchise's early success, passed away in 2013 at age 40. His daughter made a brief appearance in 2023's Fast X.
The milestone celebration continues with a special screening scheduled for later that evening at the Grand Lumière Theatre.
The franchise shows no signs of slowing down. Four new projects are currently in development, signaling that the Fast and Furious saga will continue expanding in the years ahead.
