Four Matches Set for World Cup Sunday: Spain, Belgium, Uruguay Face Off on June 21

The 2026 FIFA World Cup rolls into its second week with four matches scheduled for Sunday, June 21, as the 48-team tournament pushes forward in its quest to crown a world champion.

Today's Matchups

Four contests will unfold across the continent on Sunday:

Spain vs. Saudi Arabia kicks off at 12 p.m. ET at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Both teams enter with a single point from their opening fixtures in Group H.

Belgium faces Iran at 3 p.m. ET at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. This Group G clash pits two teams tied on one point apiece after their respective draws.

Uruguay takes on Cabo Verde at 6 p.m. ET at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The Group H matchup features both squads sitting at one point following their initial matches.

New Zealand plays Egypt at 9 p.m. ET at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia. This Group G encounter also features teams locked at one point each.

The Stakes

Group G remains wide open with Belgium, Iran, Egypt, and New Zealand all tied on a single point, while Group H sees Spain, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay, and Cabo Verde in an identical position heading into Sunday's action.

Broadcast and Streaming Options

Fox and FS1 will carry the English-language broadcasts, with Spanish-language commentary available via Telemundo and Universo. Peacock will stream all 104 matches throughout the tournament, with Telemundo airing 92 matches and Universo handling the remaining 12.

Several streaming platforms offer free trial access, including FOX One (three-day trial), YouTube, Fubo, and DirecTV. Sling TV provides access to Fox and FS1 in select markets but does not currently offer a free trial option.

The tournament is being hosted across 16 stadiums spanning the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
