Fox Announces Major Programming Moves for 2026-2027 Season

As the broadcast networks finalize their programming strategies for the 2026-2027 season, Fox has unveiled significant changes to its original lineup.

The network has made waves with a wave of renewals spanning multiple genres. A substantial portion of Fox's most-watched series have secured their futures, with particular strength shown in the animation department, where several shows have already locked in multi-year deals.

On the flip side, the network has also made the difficult decision to cancel select programs as part of the seasonal reshuffling. While some shows will not return, the overall picture reflects Fox's confidence in much of its current roster.

The decisions come as all major broadcast networks work through their annual renewal and cancellation cycles during this period. Fox's strategy appears focused on maintaining momentum with established hits while making room for new programming.

Updates continue to emerge as the network finalizes its complete slate for the coming year.
