G Flip Open to Cameo Appearance in Off Campus Season 2

G Flip has expressed enthusiasm about potentially making an appearance on Off Campus when the Prime Video series returns for its second season.

During a recent visit to SiriusXM's Smith Sisters Live, the Australian artist spoke with hosts Lauren, Rachel, and Mariah Smith about their future involvement with the show, which adapts Elle Kennedy's bestselling book series for television.

The musician's track "Bed on Fire" made a significant impact during season one, but when asked about returning with another song, G Flip took a measured approach. "That's not up to me," they explained. "That's up to the music supervisors and what they want. But to be honest, I feel like I got my moment. Like, I think it's so awesome to be blessed and given this opportunity, and it sparked so much in my career. I'm really excited to see the artists next season who get this opportunity I got. I think it's too selfish for me to get another song."

However, the conversation shifted when the topic of an on-screen cameo emerged. Mariah Smith suggested G Flip could make a guest appearance, and the response was immediate and emphatic. "Oh if they asked me, trust me, I'd be straight to Vancouver," G Flip said, referencing the show's filming location.

Smith then referenced Remi Wolf's season one appearance, which featured a performance during one of the show's party scenes, prompting discussion about what a G Flip cameo might look like. "Whatever they want. Whatever they want, I'll do," G Flip replied.

The hosts playfully suggested various fictional roles, including "Professor Flip" and a Zamboni operator for a hockey game scene. G Flip engaged with the humor, commenting on the Zamboni idea: "Yeah, the Zamboni driver. That'd be nice."

G Flip has maintained a busy schedule off-screen, recently attending the Los Angeles premiere of Girls Like Girls, which marks Hayley Kiyoko's feature film directorial debut. The artist is married to Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, whom they wed in 2023.
