Becca Tobin Announces Second Pregnancy via Surrogate, Launches Podcast Spinoff

Becca Tobin is expanding her family. The actress, known for her role as Kitty Wilde on Fox's Glee, revealed on Wednesday that she and her husband, Zach Martin, are expecting a second child through a surrogate.
The 40-year-old made the announcement during an episode of her LadyGang podcast, sharing the milestone moment with listeners. She also posted an Instagram video featuring a FaceTime call with a friend to spread the news more broadly.
"Calling my bestie Megan with some BIG news!! I've been waiting a long time for this moment, and my heart is bursting to finally share it!" she wrote in the post's caption. "Big thank you to @bobbie for being a part of this special announcement. Their organic formula nourished Ford from his first bottle to first birthday and now we can't wait for them to do the same for baby #2!"
Alongside the pregnancy announcement, Tobin revealed she is developing a six-part spinoff podcast called BabyGang. In a statement about the new project, she discussed her motivation for creating the show.
"Over the past eight years navigating fertility challenges and motherhood, I've had the rare opportunity to learn from leading experts around the world and be part of conversations many never get access to," she explained. "I wanted to create a space where those insights can be shared openly where we can talk about it all, and offer information, support, and connection for parents everywhere."
During her podcast appearance, Tobin also addressed criticism surrounding her decision to use surrogacy. She acknowledged the external pressure families face when choosing their path to parenthood.
"The world is a s–tty place sometimes, and people really like to insert their opinions on how you create your family, and that can really spoil the experience," she said. "We were nervous because we had had so many failed attempts. But this time around, I have such a thick skin with people, as you'll see, judging my decisions, my choices. So what the f–k? You know, why not?"
The news marks another milestone for the former musical drama star, who is part of a generation of Glee cast members navigating parenthood in the public eye.
