Hannah Einbinder isn't slowing down after wrapping her acclaimed series. The Emmy-winning performer is taking on a leading role in the horror film Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, which has been selected as an official entry at the Cannes Film Festival.

The movie's official poster and trailer have now arrived, showcasing the dark comedy-horror venture alongside co-star Gillian Anderson.

What's the Story?

The film follows a young, ambitious director tasked with reviving the flagging Camp Miasma slasher franchise after years of declining sequels. Her journey takes a twisted turn when she seeks out the original film's star—now a mysterious, isolated actress—leading both women into a nightmarish landscape of passion, terror, and psychological chaos.

Writer and director Jane Schoenbrun, acclaimed for their feature I Saw the TV Glow, helms the project. The ensemble cast includes Amanda Fix, Arthur Conti, Eva Victor, Zach Cherry, Sarah Sherman, Patrick Fischler, Dylan Baker, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Quintessa Swindell, Kevin McDonald, and Jack Haven.

The response from festival critics has been overwhelmingly positive. The film currently boasts a perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes based on 47 reviews from Cannes attendees.
