Harry Styles Releases 'Dance No More' Music Video Featuring Energetic Group Choreography

Harry Styles dropped the music video for his latest single "Dance No More" on Thursday, May 7, delivering a vibrant visual experience brimming with group choreography and disco flair.

The 32-year-old artist, known for albums including "Kiss All the Time" and "Disco, Occasionally," enlisted director Colin Solal Cardo to helm the project. Cardo has previously created videos for artists including Robyn, Griff, and Charli xcx.

The video explores the song's central theme: the desire to break free from the constant demands of performing and instead participate in life as an equal among others. The track features an homage to Simon & Garfunkel's 1970 track "Keep the Customer Satisfied," a reference that also appears in another album cut called "Carla's Song."

In an interview with Zane Lowe, Styles explained the inspiration behind the reference and the emotional core of the song. He recalled a transformative moment during an outing in Berlin, describing how standing on a dance floor with his hands raised and eyes closed—experiencing pure freedom and safety—moved him to tears. "I felt so alive right now," he reflected on that experience.

The release comes just days after news emerged that Styles is engaged.
