Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie both stepped onto the Met Gala red carpet for the first time on Monday evening, May 4. Though the Heated Rivalry co-stars arrived separately, the real-life best friends quickly found each other and spent much of the night together.

The pair shared glimpses of their evening on social media, with Hudson posting behind-the-scenes snapshots to his Threads account. The uploads included a bathroom selfie with Connor taken inside the gala venue, as well as a candid shot of Connor at an after party. Alexa Chung also captured a photo of the two at the event.

When fans began speculating about the nature of their friendship online, Hudson responded to a now-deleted post with a comment asking followers to dial back the speculation.

Details about their after-party activities emerged in reporting by Page Six, which cited insider accounts of the evening. According to the source, the pair were the final guests to leave the GQ after party, where their closeness was particularly evident. The insider described them as inseparable throughout the night, at one point sitting on each other's laps while laughing together.

Earlier in the evening, Hudson was spotted chatting with Olympian Alyssa Liu before reconnecting with Connor on an upstairs outdoor terrace. A source explained that Hudson wanted to continue their evening and have a private conversation away from the crowds. "Hudson wanted to continue the night and wants to have a cigarette and talk about plans, but he didn't want to be outside because there were hundreds of people and a photo pit," the insider shared. "They unlocked [the] top of the building and a small group went up and then [Williams] texted Connor Storrie."

The duo then headed to additional venues, including Baz Luhrmann's bar Monsieur. Connor also made an appearance at the YSL after party, changing into a different outfit from the designer look he wore on the red carpet.

By Tuesday, May 5, Hudson had already moved on to his next project. He was photographed leaving The Mark Hotel with his luggage, heading back to film work on Apparatus alongside Dylan O'Brien, where he had been shooting just days prior.

Connor was also spotted near his hotel on Tuesday, arriving with fruit and water in hand.
