Teyana Taylor turned heads on the red carpet at the 2026 BET Awards, held at Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 28, arriving in a standout ensemble ahead of receiving one of the ceremony's most prestigious honors.

The 35-year-old singer and actress is set to take home the Icon of the Year award during the event, marking her third BET Award overall. Taylor has previously claimed the Video Director of the Year trophy in both 2020 and 2023, and also earned that same accolade at the BET Hip Hop Awards in 2020.

For her red-carpet moment, Taylor selected a Stephane Rolland Spring/Summer 2026 creation that made an undeniable fashion statement. She was photographed alongside fellow star Jodie Turner-Smith, who wore a Roberto Cavalli Pre-Fall 2026 dress. The two have a creative history together—Turner-Smith provided narration on the track "Jodie Turner-Smith's Narration" from Taylor's 2025 album Escape Room.
