Isa Briones is speaking out about an uncomfortable moment during a recent performance of Just In Time on Broadway.

The actress, 27, who portrays Connie Francis in the Bobby Darin musical alongside Jeremy Jordan, took to Instagram Stories to address an audience member who disrupted her show. The incident occurred during a performance where someone in the crowd yelled a reference to The Pitt, the series Briones is known for, just before she was set to sing "Who's Sorry Now."

"Once again, Broadway is not a circus," Briones wrote on social media. "Do not yell whatever you want at the performers. Yelling 'when are you going to finish your charts' before I sing 'Who's Sorry Now' is so f-cking disrespectful to the performers onstage and your fellow audience members. Y'all are pissin' me off."

She continued with a reminder about theater etiquette: "Love and light and please remember you are occupying shared spaces and watching art."

Briones marked her one-month anniversary in the role on May 1st. She assumed the part on April 1st, succeeding Sarah Hyland in the Tony-nominated production. Her initial performances featured Matthew Morrison before Jeremy Jordan took over as the male lead.

The musical remains available for ticket purchases, with performances continuing at the theater.
