Jake Paul Responds to Olivia Rodrigo's SNL Jab About Their Bizaardvark Days

Jake Paul is weighing in on Olivia Rodrigo's lighthearted ribbing during her appearance on Saturday Night Live.

The 29-year-old entertainer responded on social media after the 23-year-old singer joked about their shared history on the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark, which they worked on together a decade ago.

What Rodrigo said on the sketch show

During her opening monologue, Rodrigo recalled their time on set together. "When I was 13, I was on a Disney show called Bizaardvark, and we had an incredible cast, which included acting legend Jake Paul," she said. "And we'd always talk about our futures, me and Jake. I'd say, 'I really wanna create music that explores the complexities of girls my age,' and he'd say, 'Well, one day I really wanna beat up old guys on Netflix.'"

Paul took to Twitter/X to react, writing in a quote tweet: "We had the vision … i told you that you would sell stadiums out and then we both did … proud of you fr"

When another user suggested that Rodrigo was laughing at his expense rather than with him, Paul clarified his take on the moment. "I got that she was making a joke at my expense. So what. She's on SNL and that's what they are supposed to do," he wrote.

He then underscored his genuine appreciation for the singer's trajectory. "Doesn't change my admiration of her and her success," Paul added.
