Janel Parrish and Chris Long Finalize Divorce Settlement Weeks After Announcing Separation

Janel Parrish and Chris Long have reached a divorce settlement, wrapping up their legal proceedings roughly a month after making their split public.

The 37-year-old actress and her ex-husband ended their marriage following a decade-long relationship and seven years of marriage. Parrish announced the separation in April, expressing her feelings about the transition in a heartfelt statement.

"There is still so much love and respect between us, and I'm deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me," Parrish said at the time, thanking supporters for their encouragement.

According to People, the former couple filed an uncontested dissolution of marriage on May 21st at the Superior Court of Los Angeles. They had jointly initiated divorce proceedings the previous month.

The timing of the split announcement coincided with speculation about a new romance for Parrish. She had been posting dance videos with Dancing with the Stars professional Sasha Farber, and the two confirmed their relationship in late April.

By early May, Parrish was speaking openly about her new partner. During an appearance at the 2026 Gold Gala, she praised Farber's warmth and personality.

"He just brings so much love and light and positivity to people in the world," Parrish told People. She also highlighted his culinary talents, noting that cooking represents his way of expressing care.

"He introduced me to some Russian food. He does really great seafood, skewers, kebabs, just all of it. He's so good at cooking. It's amazing," she shared.
