Stars Gather for Netflix's 'The Roast of Kevin Hart'

The entertainment world turned out in force for Netflix's latest roast comedy event. Jennifer Lopez and Chelsea Handler were among the high-profile attendees at the taping of The Roast of Kevin Hart, which concluded Netflix Is A Joke Fest on Sunday evening, May 10, at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles.
Shane Gillis hosted the evening as a lineup of comedians, athletes, actors, and musicians delivered jokes aimed at the evening's subject, Kevin Hart. The special will air on Netflix.
The roster of performers who took the stage included Tom Brady, Pete Davidson, Draymond Green, Regina Hall, Lizzo, Jeff Ross, Usher, Sheryl Underwood, and Tony Hinchcliffe, among others.
The red carpet drew additional notable faces, including Tiffany Haddish, John Stamos, Caitlin McHugh, Amanda Kloots, Tom Segura, Hasan Minhaj, Jay Pharoah, Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias, Kordell Beckham of Love Island, James Henry, Sommore, Tom Papa, and Bert Kreischer.
The event marked a follow-up to Netflix's 2024 special, The Roast of Tom Brady, where the former NFL quarterback had previously roasted Hart. This time, Brady returned the favor with pointed material about Hart's stature and comedic presence. Brady opened by joking about his busy schedule and his affairs in Las Vegas before pivoting to jabs at Hart's height, even gifting him a New York Knicks children's jersey. He also referenced his own roast from two years prior, quipping about Hart's relentless energy at the Forum and making a reference to Hart's absent father.
