Josh Groban marked a major career milestone on Wednesday afternoon as he was presented with his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The ceremony took place outside the Hollywood Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles, drawing support from the 45-year-old performer's inner circle.

Groban's fiancée, Natalie McQueen, was among those celebrating the honor, posing alongside him for photos at the event. The couple's engagement announcement came just weeks earlier, following their proposal at Disneyland last month.

The singer-actor shared news of the engagement on April 21 via Instagram, writing: "MY BEST FRIEND SAID YES!!! Sharing this life with you is my happiest place, @nataliemcqueen. Thank you @disneyweddings for helping make the best day of our lives (so far) so magical."

McQueen, a British musical theatre actress, has built a notable stage career with leading roles in West End productions including Wicked, 9 to 5, and Bonnie & Clyde. The couple went public with their relationship on Valentine's Day 2023, after more than three years of dating. A notable detail from their relationship: Groban had never visited Disney World before meeting McQueen, and they traveled there together later that year.

Groban's connection to Disney extends through his professional work as well. He recorded "Evermore" for the live-action Beauty and the Beast adaptation and took on the role of the Beast for ABC's 30th anniversary celebration special.

Music producer David Foster, who played an instrumental role in launching Groban's career, attended the Walk of Fame ceremony. The pair's professional relationship began when Groban was 16 years old, when Foster hired him to perform "The Prayer" alongside Celine Dion during a Grammy rehearsal, stepping in for opera singer Andrea Bocelli.

Speaking about Foster's influence, Groban reflected: "I was 16 when I met David, and I was just so new and so young. To have somebody like David as a mentor is just a 24/7 masterclass every single day. Somebody with his musicality [and] his understanding of singers and the recording process — he discovered and nurtured some of my favorite singers of all time."

Several other notable figures appeared at the ceremony to honor Groban's achievement. Josh Gad, his classmate from Carnegie Mellon University, and Ben Schwartz, his co-star from the 2013 film Coffee Town, both delivered remarks. Katherine McNamara, Groban's colleague from the series Happyland, and comedian Alex Edelman, described as a close friend, also attended the celebration.
