Kate Middleton Returns to Royal Ascot in Vibrant Yellow After Three-Year Gap

Catherine, Princess of Wales, marked her long-awaited return to Royal Ascot on Wednesday, June 17, stepping out for the first time at the celebrated event since 2023.

The 44-year-old royal joined Prince William for a carriage ride during the royal procession on day two of the festival at the Ascot racecourse in England. Her absence from the event had stretched three years, following her cancer diagnosis in early 2024, which led her to step back from public engagements.

For her reappearance, Kate selected a striking yellow Roksanda dress—a piece with notable history in her wardrobe. She previously wore the same design during an official visit to Jamaica in March 2022 and later at Wimbledon in July 2022.

Completing the look, the Princess paired the gown with Gianvito Rossi shoes, an Anya Hindmarch clutch, and a Nigel Milne bracelet that once belonged to Princess Diana.

This marked Kate's sixth attendance at Royal Ascot, the five-day British horse racing festival renowned for its traditions and prominent royal participation.

The outing came just two days after Kate and her family attended the Order of the Garter Service.
