Katharine McPhee and David Foster Mark Seven Years of Marriage in London

Katharine McPhee and David Foster are ringing in their seventh anniversary by revisiting the city where their marriage began.

The pair jetted to London this week to commemorate the milestone. McPhee, 42, documented the celebration across her Instagram Stories, posting snapshots from the getaway. In one caption, she referenced their five-year-old son, writing, "Rennie's parents 7 years later."

The couple exchanged vows at Church of Saint Yeghiche in London back in 2019. McPhee shared video footage from the ceremony and paired it with the caption, "Happy 7 year itch baby!"

Among the moments she highlighted were images of her Zac Posen gown, which came together with assistance from David's stylist daughter, Jordan Foster. An image from their anniversary dinner included a lighthearted caption: "We still like each other. Most days."

When discussing the foundation of their lasting marriage in a previous interview, McPhee emphasized the importance of professional guidance and communication. She told E! News that therapy and having trusted advisors—whether a skilled therapist or supportive couples—proved invaluable during challenging moments.

"I really feel like you can talk through most everything, but you have to have the language, the vocabulary to do that," she explained. "So that takes practice and self-awareness and having skills to facilitate those conversations."

McPhee also reflected on how their professional connection laid the groundwork for their bond. "We met each other 18 years ago in this exact space—like a recording studio, in a work environment," she said. "So, that's truly where we know each other the best is knowing the ease, and the greatness, and the way he works and just always gets the best thing out of people."

Foster, 76, and McPhee have built their relationship on a foundation established long before they became a couple, with their shared understanding of each other's professional world continuing to strengthen their partnership.
