Khloe Kardashian Opens Up About Her Troubling 2016 Coachella Experience

Khloe Kardashian is opening up about a difficult night at Coachella that left a lasting impression.

The 41-year-old reality television personality shared details of her sole attendance at the music festival on her "Khloé in Wonder Land" podcast, recounting an incident from around 2016 when she unknowingly consumed drugs.

"I have gone to Coachella. I've gone once," she explained on the latest episode. "It was many moons ago. I want to say 2016 or something like that. It wasn't the best experience. I got drugged without me knowing, but I think everyone knew."

According to Kardashian, the situation unfolded when she drank something at the festival without realizing what was in it. "I don't think anyone drugged me. I just think I was the dumb one and didn't realize that everyone was on drugs and I remember drinking this drink and just feeling really crazy. No one wants to feel like that and not know why they're like that," she said.

The incident escalated when her altered state caused her to retreat to a bathroom, where she remained while others around her became frustrated with her absence. "I just didn't realize what was happening until after it happened, that I was on drugs and everyone was yelling at me because I wouldn't get out of the bathroom. But I got scared. I was in my head. I was so scared, so my experience was not good," Kardashian reflected.

The experience appears to have deterred her from returning to the annual California festival in the years since.
