Kylie Jenner Opens Up About Teen Pregnancy, Parental Support

The 28-year-old reality star and cosmetics entrepreneur recently sat down with Jake Shane on his Therapuss podcast to reflect on a pivotal moment in her life.

Jenner became pregnant at age 19 with her daughter Stormi, who is now 8 years old. During the May 13 episode, she explored the emotions surrounding that time in her life and how she navigated telling her family.

"I remember when I had her, and I used to be like, 'I'm going to be 28 with an eight year old,'" Kylie shared on the show.

When asked if she panicked upon learning about her pregnancy, Jenner didn't hold back. "I was freaking out. Yeah, I was freaking out," she recalled. "I was really scared to tell my parents. But there was something just inside of me that knew that I wanted to do this, and I had to make a decision for myself, what do I really want? What can I handle? And even if I have to do this alone or however this is the choice that I'm going to make."

Rather than facing anger from Caitlyn and Kris Jenner, she found acceptance. "No one was angry at me," she confirmed.

Jenner co-parents two children with ex Travis Scott: Stormi and son Aire, born in 2022.
