Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet Catch Broadway Performance Before Met Gala

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet stepped out for a night of theater in New York City on Sunday ahead of the Met Gala's return.
The pair attended a showing of Broadway's The Fear of 13 on May 3, just one day before the 2026 Met Gala took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4. The 28-year-old beauty entrepreneur and the 30-year-old actor were spotted making their way to the performance.
The production marks a special moment for the Kardashian-Jenner family, as Kylie's sister Kim Kardashian recently joined the show's producing team. According to the official website, Kim took on the role as part of her ongoing work in criminal justice reform and her efforts to raise awareness about wrongful convictions.
"My commitment to criminal justice reform has always been about more than just policy – it's about people. I've learned that sometimes the most effective way to change minds is through a powerful story. The Fear of 13 is that story. It's a raw, honest look at Nick Yarris's wrongful conviction and the systemic failures that kept him behind bars for twenty years. I couldn't be prouder to make my Broadway producing debut with a project that carries such vital weight," Kim shared in a statement.
The show stars Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson and tells the true story of Nick Yarris, who spent 22 years on death row following a murder conviction stemming from a routine traffic stop. Written by Lindsey Ferrentino and directed by Tony Award winner David Cromer, the production follows Yarris's journey as he petitioned the court not for an appeal, but for his own execution date, and what transpired afterward.
Described as "a gripping exploration of truth, justice, and the chasm between them," the theatrical experience has drawn attention for its powerful storytelling.
Earlier in the week, Kylie and Timothée were also spotted enjoying dinner after a New York Knicks game, joined by Kylie's close friend Jordyn Woods and her fiancé Karl-Anthony Towns, a guard for the Knicks.
