Lady Gaga Announces 'MAYHEM Requiem' Live Album and Concert Film Premiere

Lady Gaga's highly anticipated live project is set to arrive this month. Apple Music revealed on Wednesday, May 6 that the artist's 'MAYHEM Requiem' live album and exclusive filmed concert performance will premiere on May 15 at 8 p.m. PT / midnight ET.

The project represents a musical reimagining of the pop icon's sixth album, with Apple Music describing it as a celebration that follows the destruction of the opera house featured during her MAYHEM Ball. Fans can pre-add the live album and tune in to watch the concert film on May 14 at 8 p.m. PT.

The special captures a one-night-only concert event that took place on January 14 at The Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. The phone-free show drew approximately 2,300 attendees, all of whom were randomly selected through a lottery drawing from Lady Gaga's mailing list.

Gaga teased the project following the final night of her MAYHEM Ball Tour, building anticipation among fans. While the complete setlist from the evening has circulated thanks to concertgoers who attended the intimate performance, it remains unclear whether every song will appear in the final Apple Music special.

The concert featured 15 songs across the evening: "Disease," "Abracadabra," "Garden of Eden," "Perfect Celebrity," "Vanish Into You," "Killah," "Zombieboy," "LoveDrug," "How Bad Do U Want Me," "Don't Call Tonight," "Shadow of a Man," "The Beast," "Blade of Grass," "Die With a Smile," and "Can't Stop the High" as an encore performance.
