The 59-year-old actress was photographed outside Steak 48 in Beverly Hills, California, in the company of Carol Burnett and Burnett's husband, Brian Miller. Dern and Burnett previously worked together on the Apple TV series Palm Royale, which has since concluded.

The timing of the sighting coincided with the announcement that Dern has been added to the cast of The White Lotus season four. While specific details about her character remain under wraps, Dern steps into a role previously held by Helena Bonham Carter, who exited the production.
