Lexi Minetree Embodies Elle Woods at Beverly Hills Brunch Celebration for Upcoming Series

Lexi Minetree brought her A-game to a Sunday Funday gathering in Beverly Hills, perfectly capturing the essence of Elle Woods as she geared up for her role in the forthcoming prequel series.

The 25-year-old actress, cast as a young version of the iconic character, attended the brunch event on Rodeo Drive alongside fellow cast members June Diane Raphael, Gabrielle Policano, Jacob Moskovitz, Chandler Kinney, Zac Looker, and Jessica Belkin. The celebration took place on May 17.

A charming canine companion—bearing a striking resemblance to Elle Woods' beloved Bruiser—also made an appearance at the gathering.

What to expect from Elle's first season

The series takes viewers back to 1995, exploring Elle's high school years before her famous Harvard adventure. The show chronicles her navigation through complicated friendships, forbidden romance, and fashion moments that define the teenage experience. Grounded by her family and deepening her bond with her mother, Elle faces various challenges that gradually shape her into the character audiences have come to know.

Tom Everett Scott rounds out the cast, while the late James Van Der Beek also has a role in the series. Reese Witherspoon, who originated the role of Elle Woods in the Legally Blonde films, serves as an executive producer on the project.

Elle arrives on Prime Video on July 1st.
