Love Island USA Season 8: Alannah Keyser Exits Villa Following Resurfaced Video and Social Media Content

A second contestant has departed Love Island USA season eight following the emergence of problematic content from her past.

Alannah Keyser, who entered the villa during Casa Amor, has been removed from the Peacock dating show after videos and social media posts surfaced showing her using a racial slur. The material circulated online just hours after she made her debut on Sunday, June 21.

According to reports, the videos—which featured Alannah singing along to music while using the slur—were originally shared on private accounts and remained inaccessible during the show's vetting procedures before her arrival on the program.

In the weeks leading up to her removal, Alannah received minimal airtime, with editors reportedly reducing her presence in pre-recorded episodes once producers became aware of the videos and comments. During her time in the villa, she had been getting to know Zach Georgiou.

This marks the second contestant exit of the season under similar circumstances. Prior to the season's launch, Vasana Montgomery was set to join as an original islander but was quickly removed from the cast when comparable videos resurfaced online. Sources indicated that those videos were also privately held and did not become publicly available until after the cast announcement, placing them outside the scope of the initial vetting process.

The current season has approximately three weeks remaining, with America's Favorite Couple set to be crowned as the finale approaches.
